"Chat" - What is it?
How does it affect our receiving from God?

Understanding what God means from the symbol of Chat:

Physical chat was used in this part of the country for railroad beds.  Now rock is used.  Physical chat is small particles close to the particle size of sand, but it settles into something fairly solid (more than dirt or sand) for things to set on. It is "nothing," compared to concrete.  It is better than dirt when it comes to a road bed.

First Example:

I have been involved in a few Bible studies where a scripture was discussed by having everyone give their opinion of what it meant to them.  The Opinion discussion is CHAT about the scripture.   My opinion and your opinion won't hold up in the courts of heaven.  Only what God meant will hold up.


Second Example, - A Picture,
a very serious one, committed by the leaders of the church:

In the years following 1980 God gave words all over the world to at least two hundred men who are in the ministry, revealing that there was a problem with the church's understanding of the Mechanics of Salvation and the Mechanics of Tithing correctly. 

God was trying to lead them into something they weren't aware of, just like He  did Peter (In Holy Spirit teaching)! The Holy Spirit wanted to teach them like He did Peter.  I know of three well known men who revealed from their pulpits that God was saying there was something wrong with salvation.  One in particular said God had told him that there were people who were not saved at his own particular altar.  I also know of one well known man who said God was dealing with him, revealing that the tithe was being handled wrong.  He leaned to his own understanding and changed what they were doing with the tithe but He missed God.  This same man was seen in a vision, speaking from a coffin to the people in his audience.  This makes sense because tithing wrong lets the enemy in, as explained on this site.  To help understand that/how CHAT was involved in this I share the following vision from the Lord.

I was on stage with the Lord but to the side. There was an easel holding a big white board, standing (close to the Lord) between me and the Lord. In front of the Lord and down a level were about 200 men dressed in suits, sitting in regular folding chairs. The Lord gave them a Word and was standing, with marker in hand, ready to explain the Word He had given them (which would have been the second "thing of the Spirit" for them). After getting the Word from the Lord, the men turned to each other and were talking about the Word the Lord had given them.  THIS IS CHAT.  I saw the Lord wait patiently for the men to turn back to Him so He could explain the original Word. Time passed and they didn't, but kept on leaning to their own understanding by CHATTING.  The Lord waited quite some time.  Then I saw the Lord become angry.  He crossed over in front of the easel, towards me.  I stepped back, seeing His anger and not knowing what He was going to do.  As He crossed in front of the easel, He suddenly had two mechanical objects in His hands. It was as if the two mechanical objects came from the easel.  It was what He was going to explain to the men. He slammed these two objects into my chest saying, "You're the only one who would listen!" The force almost knocked me down backwards. I stumbled back, trying to keep my balance, holding the weight of the two mechanical objects in my arms.

The two mechanical things that He wanted to explain to them were the Mechanics of Tithing correctly and the Mechanics of Salvation.  But the men missed getting taught directly by the Lord because of the lack of knowledge of the mechanics of how the Holy Spirit teaches. They weren't listening to the Lord for the understanding. They leaned to their own interpretation (BY CHATTING) among themselves about of the Word of the Lord, which they had received!  They missed what it was really all about.
